Teachers could model and create activities and lessons through digital story telling and use multiple forms of technology during their instruction. They could continue to attend professional development opportunities but implement with fidelity what they have been trained to do in their classrooms. They should also be required to teach others in their school what they have incorporated in their classrooms that they think have contributed to student engagement. Teachers could also write some technology grants to get more equipment and programs in their classrooms/schools.
